Brian does a great job educating his patients on what true health is. The world needs waaaaay more of these clinics. “This skilled nursing facility (it is not a nursing home) has won numerous awards and accolades, and for good reason. Edgemoor was my son's home for nearly 8 years. During that time he received outstanding and loving care from the entire staff--from the doctors to the nurses to the maintenance staff to the security staff. Edgemoor serves a very special population that can be difficult and challenging--on a good day. Their communication with our family was excellent and any concerns or complaints were handled quickly and efficiently. When our son fell seriously ill and needed hospice care, the Edgemoor doctors stepped in to provide loving and palliative care until he passed in a place where he felt love and joy. “We were visiting from out of town and staying at the Santee Lakes RV campground. On the way to San Diego we had a blowout on our car hauler trailer. Didn’t want to head back to AZ without a spare so stopped in at 5:00pm to get a new tire. Jeremy helped us - same person who answered the phone and said to come on down. He was so very nice. Told him no rush - put us at the end of the line as we were in town for a few days. We could come back the following day. Went across the street to Starbucks. As I was leaving the Starbucks, got a text the tire was ready. Same amount of time to make a drink as it was to get a new tire. Amazing. This is the same level of service we get at our local store in Surprise, AZ. Clearly the culture at Discount Tire is what separates them from the rest. Service is always amazing and the folks helping are always so pleasant and customer focused. Amazing job Discount Tire and thanks Jeremy for taking care of us.”
