“Like many have said, the location makes Riviera Inn perfect. It is not fancy but maintained. We stayed on the second floor and if it is a hot spell, you might want to b on the bottom floor. There are not many luxury features. We were there to explore and enjoy the beaches. The Inn serves full time residents also and has quiet hours starting at 8pm. We enjoyed chatting with the local residents at the pool and got some good tips.”

“Fantastic location!!! A great midway point between the Pier and Belmont Park. Lots of great food and drink places super close. The lobby was under construction but it looks like there is going to be some great improvements in the future! The pool and hot tub were really nice, great sunset views that directly face the ocean. The rooms were clean and spacious. Not sure if it needs to be requested or not but the daily house keeping service was inconsistent. They came the first two days and then did not come again. We were fine except for the pool towels, definitely recommend having back ups or asking for more. Every interaction with staff was super pleasant and everyone was helpful and nice.”

“The team at the Torrey Highlands Pet Healthcare Center is absolutely phenomenal. You and your pet feel welcomed and at ease every time you set foot inside. Jenna is outstanding and has a remarkable memory - I never have to remind her of my own or my pet(s) names, and she always knows exactly what we are there for. She even provided my kitten with a bag of free treats the last time we were there! The doctors and technicians here take special care to ensure your pet is healthy and that their visit at the vet is a positive one. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and is happy to answer any questions you may have and provide valuable advice as needed. We actually live walking distance from another vet, but refuse to go anywhere besides the Torrey Highlands Pet Health Care Center because the positive experience we have every time we are there is unmatched. This team cares for your pet as if it were their own.”

“We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Cobblestone Cottage in October 2016. This is a 100+year old restored historic Craftsman home that is in a wonderful old residential district close to everything we enjoy: a quiet place to relax but within walking distance, to friendly and delicious restaurants. We had close proximity to Balboa Park museums and the Globe Theater, and easy access to all of San Diego. Our hostess, Joan, was most cordial and treated us as honored guests. We definitely would recommend this 'Cottage', and we hope to return there again next year.”

“I stayed here for three months while working in San Diego and I feel like I got so lucky finding this place! The house and the garden are absolutely beautiful, and the family is wonderful. I felt immediately at home in this space. The location is convenient to the highway and only a short drive to essentially anywhere you want to go in the area. Jinger and family are so kind and were flexible when I was unsure about my job situation which was immensely helpful. I will definitely be back here my next time in SD!! (And you should too ;) )”
