“Just got my car smog checked again and wow, I’m just so impressed at how fast these guys are! Of course I made an appointment first. When I drove up they came to the car, got my key and paperwork and got it all done in just 15 mins! No exaggeration. Just enough time to eat a breakfast sandwich and sip my coffee while watching a morning show on their lobby TV. By the time I was done paying and walking out, there were more customers and cars. Guess I got in at the right time. (11am) At $59 the price point may be on the higher end for cost, but the convenience and ease is worth it to me. Luv this place not far from my home!”

“Awesome, 5 stars for sure. I had to reach out to the company to take care of a mounting hardware issue, and I got a really friendly response that squared everything away quickly. I love that there's a YouTube video that shows exactly how to mount the rack for a KLX230. I'm just getting into working on the bike, and sometimes I feel like I'm not really sure about what I'm doing. The video that PMR provides is perfect. I had no issues with the installation and it only took me about 20 minutes. As for the rack itself, it's really sturdy and feels solid on the bike. For less than half as much as the Kawasaki rack? It's a great deal.”

It takes a certain kind of expert to make loose pieces match the original paint of a car without the vehicle actually being there. James communicated to bring in a small piece consisting of the original paint and he took it all from there. Great costumer service. Easy to talk to and truly genuine about everything, and the parts came out amazing. Recommended to anyone that would like their car looking like it just came off the factory floor. “Last year Wayne Madsen and his team of experts helped me to get my pick-up truck road worthy so I could take a veteran that was homeless in El Cajon for 17 years back to his family in Texas. They did a wonderful job and I drove to Texas and back without a worry. They fixed a window from a Marine that ended his time of service and went back to New York. While waiting to ship car , it was broken into.
