“Under the Sea Plumbing & Drains was great to work with! We had a drain clog in our master bathroom that was affecting the toilet, shower, and sink. We had them come out and they video camera'd the line. The technician showed me the camera and explained that we had roots in our line and what the next steps were. We ended up having to replace the pipe because of the root invasion but they were able to get the repair done all in one day so we didn't have to get a hotel and we haven't had any issues since. They gave us a fair price and had great customer service - I highly recommend this company!”

“My first time using Excel Services. I hired them to diagnose a heater that was not working. I was able to get a next day appointment. The service tech, Christian, arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, which was appreciated. After briefing him on the issue, he got to work. He located the problem (control board) and I approved the repair. Christian was able to locate a replacement part, and performed the repair. He also serviced the filters and screens. All of this was accomplished in under two hours. The system is working properly now. As for price and value, I have nothing to compare it against as Excel was the first company to come out. I did find the cost reasonable and am happy that my elderly Mom's house has heat once again. I appreciated Christian's promptness and professionalism. He is polite, knows his trade, is personable, and made the experience easy to follow step by step. I would not hesitate to hire Excel again for any future needs, and I would certainly request Christian as my service tech. Highly recommended.”

“I have had Thompson in to my home in Carlsbad to do repairs, assist when renovations where done, and to install new equipment (for 2 years now across HVAC, Plumbing, Duct work, and Furnace). Great company, excellent service, and quality workmanship. The team members (Garrett, Mark, Ty, Ignacio, Selina in the offices...the whole team really) are always super professional, polite, and helpful. Garrett and I have walked through maintenance issues, upgrades, replacement equipment, and survey work for my renovations. He gave time care and attention to the specific needs of my home and my family. There is never pressure to upsell, their prices are very competitive, and most importantly the quality of their work is top notch. For some difficult parts of the remodel they had to make custom ducting in several parts of the home; this was done quickly, efficiently, at a very competitive price. The workmanship, problem solving, and ability to work seamlessly with my GC and other trades on the job site was deeply appreciated. The salesman Chris was not pushy at all, gave the information, and was on his way because the product sells itself really. Anthony was our installer and I have to say he is an asset to the company. There were some issues with the installation because of my homes plumbing and he never got frustrated or made excuses. He only came up with solutions and always told me what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I can immediately tell the difference in my water and it is worth the investment. “I highly recommend Hidden Valley Plumbing Services. Benito quickly responded to my call and came over to diagnose the noises I was hearing in my house. Other companies tried diagnosing by phone which was frustrating and wanted to charge gas to come out. The estimate was spot on to the diagnosis and no up-charges. All of my questions were heard and answered in a way I could understand the terminology. The work included repair and rerouting of water main line to house with new shut off valve, hot water heater expansion tank, new water regulator, sink angle stops and tub/shower spout replacement. I appreciated the professionalism, honesty, kindness, timeliness and the quality of the workmanship. I never knew plumbing pipes could look so perfect.
