They were very kind and accommodating. My first experience of anything medical in USA and the lady here made it very pleasant

I just moved to the area from Los Angeles and have been going to the same imaging center for 20yrs,
It was 20yrs ago that I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. When I walked in I was greeted by a lovely/kind women named Diana and she got me checked in, in no time at all. I was called in for my MRI by Leslie who completed my testing. She was so nice and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. It was a great and comfortable experience, which is a good thing since I'll be a regular there every 6 mos

My husband hasn't even had his MRI done yet at SDI Escondido, but the staff has been so accommodating at getting him in extremely quickly. This is why I'm giving them 5 stars prior to the appointment. Whether or not he needs to have surgery depends on this MRI. I'm extremely thankful for SDI Escondido accommodating my husband.
