However, Junior and his technicians were able to repair the tire and without any charge to me as the tire was under warranty. Would highly recommend buying tires from them. They honor their warranty.”

“We stopped by here because I had to use the bathroom before heading back home from our trip to San Diego. Their bathroom need a coin to unlock the door so I decided to put in a order of French fries and a coke. I used my mcdonald app to use the deal and my friend got his sandwich. After we ordered, I asked for the coin to use the bathroom and they told me it was broken. Our food took about 10 minutes to come out and they forgot our drinks so we had to ask for it. McDonald's fries are one of my favorite and this place made it right but they usually don't fill it up all the way like this place did.”

“Passing through and had an electrical issue. Called 2 mobile places and another dealer before talking to Cliff at South Coast. He said if we could get there within the hour, they could squeeze us in. They had us in and out in an hour and a half. Mark was a great technician who found the loose wire behind the breaker box and also replaced a leaking propane hose that was giving us trouble. Thanks so much for your help!!! They were pleasant and bent over backwards to get us in.”

“Just had my Mustang timing belt and break lights fixed at Gapo Motor Works and it was a great experience. I found this business when i was looking for a car stereo at the car audio shop next to them in the same lot last week. I noticed that they were friendly and it is a mom and pop local family business so i decided to keep them in mind. The owners George and Edwin both of them mechanics were very friendly and accommodating. They were also honest and charged a fair and good price for the service. The owners wife who works in the back that handles the payment and check out was a very sweet lady. I felt that i got a good service and the work done to my car was honest and the price was great. I was expecting to pay two to three times the price i paid because of the other quotes that i got from the other big known names car repair shops in town that i usually go to. It is even worse when my wife is the one that takes the car for repair. Those big name car repair shops always tells her she need to have work done to the car that is not necessary. On top of that they don’t do the job right. But Mr. George gave me a good price and my wife and i were pleasantly surprised. They have certainly earned my business and i will take my cars to them again from now on. If you need an honest and reliable car mechanic in Chula Vista, I recommend you go to Gapo Motor Works. They will treat you right and not ripp you off.”
