“Wonderful little cat rescue on the second floor of the complex. They don't serve drinks or anything, but you can spend time with all the cats. They offer adoption, if you fall in love (we did). You can tell the staff cares a lot for these animals, Ryan was awesome and super nice. We appreciate this place existing and may stop back soon just to hang out with the cats. Photos are of our couple we adopted. They are inseparable and just want to be loved.”

“Heaven sent. Prior to conimg here and after having my regular veterinarian flake out on me. Had my litter of 4 female malinois there for all 4 visits. They haven't returned my calls and have a sign that reads no walk-ins on their doors. Prestige Animal Hospital in South Fontana no longer had my business. I was referred to Walnut Village Pet Hospital and they took me in the very next day as I had called within 30 minutes of closing. The next day my appointment went well, had my exam and lab work for spaying, umbilical hernia removal and microchip. A week after my initial consultation my 8 month old girl had the best care. Follow up was much appreciated and I was kept on the loop at all times. Absolutely wonderful vet and staff. Can't say enough about the great quality care we received.”

“I think this may be a new location-- very easy/ quick appointment booking and clean, spacious facility. We came in for my cat's wellness checkup and the vets were very considerate in interacting with her and seemed to genuinely care about the animals. I did have quite a bit of wait getting my cat's vaccination and blood work done, so if you plan on doing that make sure you have enough time for your appointment.”

“They took my dog in when my regular one couldn’t take him after explaining that my dog was sick. They knew exactly what to do and what to test for without wasting any time. Dr Ahmed was very sincere and kind and explained everything to me so I understood. Their clinic was a tiny bit dirty , on the floors and lower walls but other than that they fixed my baby and he is fine now when it could have progressed so much worse if they hadn’t taken him in so quickly ❤️”

“The care they give your pet is great but telling you to "Just go ahead and give us a call when you are here and we will come out to get your pet" is completely ridiculous. I am positive I called 64 times (all busy signals) I became irritated and impatient and went to door and a girl rushed out to me like I was a crazy person. Before I did my sad walk back to car another girl came and said she had called 114 times. My cat was attacked by a opossum . when we were finally seen vitals taken. Then vet came in went over the cost and she said someone would be right back to get my cat Franklin with my bill too. 2 and 1/2 hours later the vet techs Was back like it was only a few minutes. I was like what the actual hell took this long. No real answer was my answer. .my poor cat was in pain but at least he was finally getting help. 1000$ worth. He should of not been made to wait for a bill that I had already signed and agreed to.i have no idea why we were left in room #3 for 2and half hours. Overall we had an emergency and no other choice.busy overwhelmed or understaffed but maybe a word or two when you leave people in rooms for too long, let them know some thing like they weren't forgotten. Etc. I”

“I have brought my diabetic cat baby in 3 times. She has seen Dr Gifford twice and Dr Burch once. Love them both. Dr Gifford is amazing. She is so patient with all of my questions and takes the time to kindly answer them all. Most vets I have seen are in and out and you can’t seem to get a word in. Dr Gifford spent time with my cat and i and answered all questions thoroughly. I leave there feeling like my cat was actually cared for and not just another problem for her. Definitely will be requesting Dr. Gifford for all future visits!”

“A few months ago the staff at Rancho West Animal Hospital, specifically Dr. Stiles, was recommended by my local animal clinic to treat my partners dog. After our initial visit, I could see why. The staff here are top notch, very polite and professional. And Dr. Stiles is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. In Jan 2022 my own senior pup, Kiba, was suddenly very sick by an unknown illness. I was able to see Dr. Stiles within days, and she broke the very difficult news that he had an aggressive form of cancer. With Dr. Stiles knowledge, we were able to make my pup comfortable and he came home with me. The medicine helped him tremendously! He was active again, eating more and even his usual vocal and playful self. I was able to enjoy 6 more beautiful weeks with him, more time than I thought we had until he took a turn for the worse. I brought him back to see Dr. Stiles and his condition had worsened despite how hard he fought for me. And on 3/11 my beautiful pup crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by the family that loves him. So thank you to the staff and to Dr. Stiles at Rancho West Animal Hospital. For taking care of my Kiba, and for the beautiful card I received in the mail a couple weeks later. My family and I appreciate everything you did for him, and for me.”
