Because they are a smaller dealership, we walked right in, looked at the car immediately, and we’re signing papers without any wait time at all! We had made the trip from Las Vegas to CA for the day to come look at a specific vehicle they had and ran into a problem when we finally decided on what we wanted, the banks were closed and we weren’t able to get the money out to complete the transaction. The team at Randy’s was so helpful in ensuring we wouldn’t have to stay the night at a hotel. They worked with us and we were able to take the car home that same night. Thank you so much!! “Had a great experience today with PDR, above and beyond to help me out when unexpected issues arose after my Truck failed smog! Was able to get me in right away, Brittin made sure to have parts expedited to get me on the road in a timely manner, had beverages on hand and all the staff was super friendly and professional! They even washed my truck, gave me an air freshener and hooked me up with a chapstick! Great company, and the bill was less then the quote! Definitely will be going back !”
