I have been thoroughly impressed with Jaken Medical Inc. beginning with my first phone call when my EKG machine that I had purchased from another company had a technical issue. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful and transferred me to a tech, Tysl, who assisted me with troubleshooting the EKG machine although I didn't even purchase it from them. He located parts that I might need and even gave me his personal cell number for me to send pics of the machine and to continue troubleshooting. Since they were so accommodating over the phone, instead of just ordering parts though them and gambling with attempting repairs on my own, I decided I'd like rather meet them and ask them to repair the machine. Today, I drove over an hour to the company but well worth the drive. I have never felt so welcome at a place of business like when I arrived. I was immediately warmly welcomed by the very kind-hearted, friendly staff members with such positive energy. I soon realized that this company is different from others, in a very good way with a perfect balance of a casual relaxed type atmosphere along with true professionalism. The building is spacious, clean and well organized. I met everyone there, and each and every one was pleasant and very helpful. It shows through that all employees are very happy to be there and the team truly exhibits a true comradely and team cohesiveness. Tysl repaired my machine on the spot within 2 hours and did an incredibly awesome job. It runs great now and is in tip top shape, better than ever (after a 6 month ordeal with repetitive technical issues and some very reprehensible customer service issues with another company) and I could not be more happy with the repair service in addition to all other aspects of my experience here. After spending some time chatting with Kenn (the owner) today before and after the repair was done, it shows he obviously truly cares about his staff, customers and all aspects of the company. The Mission of Jaken states "The Jaken Medical philosophy is to put our customers' needs first". And they do, without a doubt. The owner is a genuinely honest, friendly, hard working and ethical businessman, and his "leadership by example" clearly radiates throughout the staff. This is the key to a successful business on several levels. Tysl, the tech, even followed up with me later to assure I was completely satisfied. I was throughly impressed. I am 100% SATISFIED without a doubt. This company goes far above and beyond the call of duty with service in every way and is an excellent example of the American Dream. Great service, everyone in good spirits, working hard to create a wonderful overall customer experience. I couldn't be more happy with Jaken Medical. This place is solid. Look no further if you are looking for a company with a wide range of products and services that will exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
