Very friendly. Actually went to the extra space storage down the street near dairy queen and they helped me but didnt have the size unit that I needed available so they kindly referred me to this place and I got my unit that day. Had it for about 2 years then finally cleared it out. Stuff was a little dusty but nothing too crazy. Would definitely use them in the future. Move out was simple too I just took my lock and went to their website and clicked move out. They emailed me a confirmation and that was that.

The process to register was easy and when I arrived at the storage unit I was met with customer service. Pleased with the service.
