Today, Friday, June 18th, 2021, I called the office and advised Jeannette that there was a wasp nest forming on our patio, and that tomorrow we are having a family cookout, and it would make BBQing somewhat difficult for my son in law. Within about an hour to an hour and a half, the maintenance personnel, Rob and Cory, were at my door to address the need. And they did an outstanding job as usual. No more wasp, and now our family can enjoy the day tomorrow without dodging stinging wasps. They even took my trash out for me too. And no, I didn't ask them too, they just offered. In addition to being professionals at what they do, Rob and Cory are both friendly, and never make you feel like their job is a chore. They make you feel like they are happy to be of service.
