They're super dog friendly and even have dog treats at the front desk available and a designated potty area with bags. “I have been selling mobile homes for quite some time and Lakeside Village is one of my favorite communities. The Management team is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. I feel good knowing that my clients are well taken care of and treated nicely by the Doreen and her husband Jim. They are both very helpful and accommodating. The park is very well maintained, the clubhouse has recently been remodeled and offers weekly and monthly events for their residents. The pool, spa and patio are clean and offer serene views of the large greenbelt framed by large trees. Its a beautiful park in a great location.”

“We moved in December of 2019, just before the pandemic hit. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made for our selves. Our home is older but well maintained and still has a lot of good years left in it. When we purchased our home, management worked with the realtor to make the transition as easy as possible for us. Our neighbors are very pleasant. They are friendly, and will wave and say hello every time they see us. The overall feel of the park is genuine kindness. There is access to a swimming pool, a spa, clubhouse that has a kitchen, library, billiards/game room, laundry facilities for all residents. There is even a clothing facility where you can donate clothes or go to get different clothing. This park takes care of it’s seniors. During the pandemic, on two separate occasions the owners had groceries delivered to every home in the park, paid for out of the owners pocket. There is a bread delivery one day a week and grocery delivery one day a month. They have donuts and coffee in the clubhouse one morning a week, classes for different things, fun activities, movie nights, book club, and they are always looking for ways to make improvements in the park that won’t put a financial strain on the residents. They even have a monthly newsletter and spiritual services. I have lived in a lot of different places in my life and I can’t think of any place I would rather be than Golden Palms. Whenever we leave, I’m always happy to come home.”

She is friendly, understanding and willing to help Tenants. It's close to the river, docks and near stores and entertainment. I really look forward to seeing more positive changes to this Resort. :)”

“The hotel location, the staff, and the rooms is nice. I have no problem with this and I would stay here again off of that. My problem is why are the incidentals so high? It's $250.00 why? If the room is $90 why am I putting $250 for you to hold til the next morning? I'm a truck driver, I go from the East to West, I've stayed at hotels that will blow this hotel out the water. I've stayed on the strip in Las Vegas and didn't have to pay an incidental, but they took $250. As you can tell, I'm a little upset. I had already booked the room through choice hotels and I've been driving all day. So I had to stay. You don't have to hold that much, I've stayed at plenty of hotels who just hold the card on file and don't take nothing off. Look at it this way: the incidentals are to protect the hotel if someone broke or takes something out of the room. I get it, but if I'm not taking from you; what gives you the right to take from me? This review is basically for the one who put this foolishness $250 incidental policy in place at this hotel. That's All.”
