“The best !! I live on the other side of town and go out of my way just to come to this location because of the customer service. Emilio is the BEST! Amazing customer service experience. I am a regional employee auditor however I used to work for quick quack a few years ago so I personally know how difficult it is to be an employee during the summer heat, but Emilio looked great! Great energy, great vibes, just so welcoming. I went around to let the manager (Theresa) know, and SHE was even amazing! She as well had great personality, and such welcoming vibes. I personally love this store, I literally pass about 3-4 quick quacks just to come receive such great customer service! If this store was one of my assignments I would recommend They BOTH need additional recognition aside from this review! A promotion, raise, paid vacation SOMETHING! As a former employee and now customer, I can honestly say I continue to come back mostly because of how great an experience they can make from a 5-10 minute car wash. they are GREAT! “I have been coming here for awhile. Today I was really happy with my car. There was some places they missed on the inside and they graciously wiped them down. It’s close to my house and they have good hours. They offer anywhere from a more thorough clean or self car wash. I have never had any issues here. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable.”

“They are amazing! I got the interior package and carpet extraction. Joseph and staff were so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. They were on time and extremely thorough! I was so shocked and excited when I saw my car again! It was beyond more than I ever expected and hoped for. They got out all the dirt, massive amount of dog hair, deep carpet stains, dust, etc. Just EVERYTHING! It was so spotless and clean that even I didn’t want to go inside because it was too perfect. I’m so happy my car looks brand new again! I am so grateful for them and their incredible work. I highly recommend them and plan on telling everyone I know. “There's only one reason this isn't a 5 star review: the dock (blindside). There's just no other way to do it unfortunately. Otherwise, this is an easy delivery. The staff is polite, professional and quick to move their equipment if needed. I've been here several times now, and its always been a positive experience. Slide tandems after you're lined up on the dock, and double check which dock before you start backing in because it does change from time to time. Very nice crew, polite, professional and patient.”

We much preferred our regular car wash that is closer to our home for actually getting the car cleaner. We felt the car still had a bit of grit on the surface. I skipped the towel drying service instead I prefer to do it myself. They also offer interior detailing for extra charge and free vacuums. Will want to try the detailing next time.”

“As a regular patron of Quick Quack, I've visited many locations, what I noticed first is that the wash entrance is not visible from the parking lot entrance. The water smelled fresh and did a fair job cleaning exterior. My wheels look GREAT several days after. Did need to hand dry (Always do at any location) this one more than some. Clean, busy, quick!”
