“I feared going to the dentist. I would walk into a dentist office and hear the sounds of the drills or smell the scent of Novocain and lose my mind. I walked into Dr. Kim’s office and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease right away. A pleasant smell, no sounds of drills. A short wait later, I was in the chair, laughing with a nice assistant. Dr Kim came in explained everything that needed to be done. He is very soft spoken, and was very professional. “Well, we only just had our first evaluation with Holt yesterday. But, the process was smooth and well-run. We were in and out faster than I thought which was nice. We were given a treatment plan for my son while my daughter was told she first needs to wait for some baby teeth to fall out before they can begin treatment. I appreciated that they were honest about it being better for my daughter to wait. They also gave us several options for payment which was nice. So, it ended up being less expensive than I thought it would be.”
