“Excellent customer service. I stopped into this establishment to check their rates and availability. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming that I decided to put a deposit on a unit. I moved in months later and was pleasantly surprised to get the same level of great customer service, even though there was a new staff member. The manager (lady) who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The unit I initially selected looked differently so I wanted to see other options. She showed me at least two additional units and was willing to clean one out within a day if I selected it. My lock was too small, so she loaned me a bigger one until I returned the next day with my own lock. I appreciate all that she did to ensure I was completely satisfied.
