“A place for Dad. This was the next best thing to having him live with me. The personalized small group care was exceptional. My dad was comfortable there from hour one. Within a week, he had forgotten any place before. He was respected and loved. There was a camaraderie among the residents and their family. Special occasions were celebrated. When my father began to decline, there were respectful conversations and collaborative care. They coordinated with hospice near the end and I could not have felt more supported and I know they loved and provided the best care for my dad. They became part of our family.”

“I am so happy I had Randi at my side through my pregnancy and birth. She was supportive of my intellectual, emotional, and physical development during this time. If you want a birth where you don’t have to prepare for battle in order to avoid abuse or being stripped of your power, but rather a guide for you to recognize your power, she is the midwife for you. When it came to my birthing time, I was happy she was there, but I felt like I also could have done it all without her. I think this is the mark of a great guide and teacher. If you are considering home birth, just do it. If you have some apprehension, hire Randi to ease your mind and free your inner goddess (she’s in all of us).”

“Love this home. We moved our 84 yr old mom here from another Board and Care that she spent 6yrs at after she had a major stroke. The last place had only 2 caregivers 24/7. No other help. They were very burned out. The owner was cold hearted and all about greed. Sad situation. We finally found “Personal Loving Care.” They have many caregivers and they switch shifts. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The home is spacious and very clean. Administrator Marie was so welcoming. It was always easy to reach her and always had good communication with us. We moved our mom here right after a 3rd hospital stay in the last 2 months. She had become very weak due to multiple infections and had some delirium. They helped get her up to a wheelchair daily using a hoyer lift. No easy task. They helped feed her since she was so weak and wasn’t able to feed herself. They played her favorite music for her. She loved it and knew every song played. The smile on her face was priceless. She was starting to do a little better, sitting at the table in her wheelchair, enjoying being social with the other tenants and staff. She seemed so much happier. Then she got sick again and had to go back to the hospital. Sadly her health declined quickly and 2 weeks later she passed away in the hospital. She only had the opportunity to live at Personal Loving Care for a little less than 2 weeks. A very short time but memorable. We had paid for the month that she moved in. The next months rent was due while she was still in the hospital. When we realized our mom would not be returning as her health declined, we contacted Marie and asked if we could come to some agreement about what we should pay for the next month even though our mom was not returning. Marie was so accommodating and waved the full charge for the next months rent. We couldn’t believe it. She is not about greed. She is about helping and caring for humans. It was such a relief. After our mom passed away, Marie sent us a nice plant and card with their deepest sympathy. So thoughtful, especially for not knowing our mom for very long. Our last Board and Care did not send anything, not even so much as a card. She was there 6 years. So sad how cold they turned out to be. It hurts to the core. Marie and the caregivers at Personal Loving Care are wonderful. We definitely recommend this home for anyone who needs assisted living or full care.”

Kylie is my go to for both my and my daughter....I have terribly stubborn grey hair and she always gives me a fabulous color and cut, my teenager daughter has done colors with her as well and is always thrilled (and teenagers are never happy so that says something! 😂) Kirsten the nail guru there does the perfect mani/pedi and her setup is so cute and comfortable. You can tell she takes pride in her profession and the style. Relaxing gorgeous pedi worth every mile to get there!”

Lots of old men that like to tell story's of when they were young and had to walk 12 miles to school in the snow, wearing holey shoes, up hill.... Both ways !!! One day I heard so many stories my ear literally fell off !! Thankfully having to hurry and reattach it gave me a reason to get away, otherwise I'd still be stuck there listenin ! '”

“All Seasons Pheasant Ridge absolutely surpassed our expectations. We had looked at many residential care homes but none of them felt right. The minute we walked into Pheasant Ridge we knew we had found the place for our mother. It was beautiful, the staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was bright and cheery. We wanted a place where the staff could handle our mother’s stroke issues and any other conditions that may arise. It was also extremely important to us that where we put her would be a place where end of life conditions were within the scope of care and she could live out the rest of her life without a move to a nursing home. This place turned out to be a great decision. As our mother deteriorated, the staff was her advocate with hospice, making sure new developments were addressed quickly. When it was clear that mom would pass, the staff was so very sensitive and caring right to the end. They were competent on every level. They were responsive to her every need and they gave us the space we needed. I cannot speak highly enough of Pheasant Ridge. It is wonderful place and Toly and his staff should be proud that they have created a home, not just a house.”
