“I haven’t even moved in all the way. And Bobby the manager was very helpful I called her about 4x doing my application and she helped me didn’t get annoyed at all was very patient. She approved us fast and got us into our place in a timely manner. Since we have been staying in a hotel since June 27th. I thought she was a really nice person, I even met Freida at her sister property who was honest and to the point. I guess from reading the reviews I didn’t get that impression. Hopefully our year here is awesome.”

“We loved our experience with Almond Heights. Our mom lived there for 2 years with wonderful care...even during covid times. The staff and therapy partners were so good and kind to her. The food was great. They keep everything so nice and clean. The holidays are always a big thing~ decorating is so beautiful and the tables so festive with the holiday napkins. We only wish she could have stayed there longer... she should have gone sooner... it would have helped her a lot, no worries about what to cook, no cleaning, and a safe area to get some exercise. Sandra at the front desk always helped Miss Hazel. We always found the administrators Brianna and Danielle helpful too.”

“I've lived here 1 year now and couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. We had two minor complaints about appliances and the problems were fixed immediately. The maintenance people are great. Parking gets a little crowded but I never have to walk very far. It's a lovely community that's well maintained and our apartment is relatively affordable. Living 5 minutes from Folsom is an amazing perk. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking.”

“So me and my wife moved in at the end of June. Since being here we’ve had nothing but professionalism from the staff in the office and from the gentleman that do the maintenance. The apartment complex is very quiet and there’s no shady characters from what I see I’m glad they monitor who lives here pretty closely. My neighbors are awesome and very respectful.
