“I got to visit this FUN and PLAYFUL yoga studio for the first time recently while driving through California. Both the owners were there, a kids yoga class was happening in their second studio space, lots of welcoming and friendly people, and such a colorful studio! They definitely know how to make the experience FUN. It was a great yoga class, hot and sweaty, and I left with some merchandise. Everyone seemed so connected and like one big family. Great vibes here. Can't wait to be back!”

“SUP DOG Stand Up Paddle & Yoga is an AMAZING company that will take your adventures to a whole new level!!! I have been participating in the Paddle & Yoga classes since SUP DOG open it’s doors to the outdoor fun two years ago! Nick, the owner and instructor is extremely knowledgeable, makes you feel safe, and is the reason why your belly may hurt from all the laughter!! SUP Yoga has several amazing health benefits and so does stand up paddle boarding. Combining both paddle boarding and SUP yoga has made my body so much stronger. It is a full-body workout (it works your core, legs, back, shoulders, arms). Yoga on the water calms my mind, keeps me in the present moment, and rejuvenates me! Nick uses the best paddle-boards for this experience! HALA Boards! They are wider, very stable, sit higher up on the water and provide a comfortable platform for practicing floating yoga. If you are in Folsom, live near Folsom or are visiting the Sacramento area, you have to give SUP DOG Paddle and Yoga classes a try! You will be happy you did! I can’t wait for the season to start.
