“Went yesterday as walk in and didn’t know what to expect. My 3 boys needed haircuts and I wanted to try it out since it was close by. Each kid had a different hair dresser cut their hair. I would say they all looked good and didn’t take very long. After reading the reviews the first chair must be Simon, his haircut stood out. He cut my boy’s hair like he was going to a wedding. I didn’t catch the other hairdressers names. I would go there again for the front 2 chairs.”

“I saw Jenni on Friday for a 30 minute chair massage. I had a lot of built up stress, tension and sinus issues. After my first visit I could turn my neck, sinus pressure released, headache was gone, and I could see better. Jenni did such a good job I returned on Sunday for a couples massage with my daughter. Jenni gave me an incredible hour massage and focused on some additional problem areas I had. Anna did a great job on my daughter. The prices were GREAT too. “Okay so a few weeks ago I went to James Mark Salon to get my dark roots touched up and brighten my balayage. I had one of the girls there take care of my hair and I’m not going to say anything rude on here but I’ll just say the aftermath of my hair was not what I wanted. My hair turned orange because of the process that was used so James took over and helped take that out and just added some lighter blonde in to help. It still wasn’t what I originally came in there to get but it was a lot better, they didn’t charge me and he said next time he would again take care of my hair to get it what I wanted. Today I went in to get what I originally had asked to get and my hair is PERFECT! I’m definitely going to be coming back here again and telling anyone living in the Elk Grove area to go there and to see James!!”

The facility is very clean and staff are generally nice. Making appointments could be challenging but if you plan in advance it could work out.
