The technician is the real deal. Professional and effective.
We were having issues with the pilot light going off on our hot water tank for a few weeks. I had to relight the tank almost daily which was a bit of a nuisance.
I contacted this service based on fellow Yelp reviewers and found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and on time (which is huge).
Over the phone I explained our situation and the tank was under warranty. He advised me to order the parts needed from the manufacturer, which were covered under the warranty. He came the next day and began taking care of business.
Definitely a business contact all Yelpers should have in their phone. You never know when you will need a plumber, especially one who is honest and hardworking. Kudos to them!
