She was able to show me a few units that would meet my needs and did so with an upbeat, positive attitude making sure that I was satisfied with the size of the unit I reserved. She explained the rental process clearly and concisely. The facility was clean and well maintained. The price could not be beat either. “I have been to this location twice and the services has been 1000 times better than what you get at the Citrus Heights Walmart - by Costco. The people at the Citrus Heights location especially in the deli section can't even answer simple questions without putting you on hold for 4 - 9 minutes and then hanging-up on you. After several calls I just give-up Walmart. You have a rotten reputation in Citrus Heights and check out that deli personnel - maybe you'll get a clue! Why not ask the Antelope Walmart to help you out in "service" - they train their personnel. That's something you should do.”

But I always find what I need there weather its parts, tools, or advice. I recommend them to any or all who are unfortunate enough to have to go there! “I found some cute pants and tops. I bought 5 pairs of pants and 6 tops and a couple of belts and I got all of those items for 35 dollars. They were having clearance specials and it was very busy. The staff was very nice even though you could tell they were tired. But they did a great job handling all of the customers!”
