“The good: Very simple, easy station. LOTS of parking in the BIG parking lot, one bridge. Water fountain. Starbucks and Carl's Jr. in walking distance. Safe. Security Guard on duty in a shack by the waiting area AND patrolling in a golf cart. Bus stop close to the train waiting area. Large elevator. The bad: The drink vending machine display is impossible to read AND no drink came out. The map is not easily understood: If u are here and are going west, u can either go to downtown Los Angeles or San Clemente, but the sign blends the two together, making interpreting the table/chart difficult.”

The parking lot is well kept, clean and safe as the security guards are constantly making their rounds making sure all is okay. I love the security lady in the mornings, She is always very polite, professional and aware of what's going on including delays.”
