“Always busy, so be prepared to wait. There is usually a wait at all their locations. Staff is beyond accommodating (Riverside) so we don't mind. It's not their fault so we wait patiently. Dr Chang is to the point, efficient. Asks about blood pressure, etc. I've read a couple reviews saying he's curt, but I think he's just to the point. Dr Chang knows his trade and that is important to me. Rancho Cucamonga had beyond terrible reception. Back office was good, but the reception was so rude that we haven't been back to Rancho since. Reception has no empathy for their clients. It was a hot day, no room in reception area, they would not allow patients to wait in their car and call or text when they were ready for them. Elderly patients outside in heat waiting over an hour. Disgusting! Riverside they are very aware that a large amount of their clients are elderly and accommodate. They always allow my mom (98 years old) to wait in car and call us when they are ready. It takes them less than a minute to call, but that keeps us coming back there, no matter how long the wait is.”

“We had my mother staying at this rehab for close to a month. The physical therapy staff works very hard as well as the nursing, LVN and CNA services. Most of them try their best to do the right job. The social worker and case manager were very helpful. The business office assisted us with some issues. We recommend this place strongly. The entertainment department does a good job to make the residents happy and entertained. Every single person dealing with us was very professional and nice.”

“I started my journey in June of 2019 with my consultation. I had Brianna as my surgical coordinator. She is amazing! There were a few bumps in the road and then the Covid-19 pushed me back and I gained back the weight I lost. Brianna called me and said I was next In line and I began losing again. My surgery was July 22, 2020. I had Dr Bernstein and he did an amazing job. His bedside manner was solid. The hospital they do the surgery was above and beyond what dignity health is about. “Dr. Anderson is the only true wound expert that is a surgeon in Riverside and surrounding areas. You can go to a surgeon but they aren’t going to know anything about wounds or if you go to a “wound specialist” they won’t have a surgeon just a bunch of nurses taught one specific way to do every wound no matter what type, size, condition or area on the body...it’s a joke. She’s also very knowledgeable overall as a general practitioner. Considers the patients limits and doesn’t choose to do invasive procedures. I’ve learned a lot of invaluable instruction from her over the years.”

“Dr. John P Carlson, MD takes excellent care of my eye post op. I had a complex retina detachment and surgery to fix it in Michigan then moved to California a couple months later where he now treats me. He is very professional and cares about his patients. He respects my need to know about my eye and takes the time to answer the questions I have by tailoring his explanations to my level of understanding. He is great at attempting less invasive methods first seeking to improve your conditions. He found a medicine my swelling responded well to and was able to significantly reduce my swelling almost to the point where there was none. I definitely recommend him!”

More pride in that then themselves good school to learn a lot about. This is my home away from home, its my family, and I sure miss it. Rather be there any day.
