“This place is like an oasis in the desert. Quail loop 1-44 site number 4 (handicap placard required by anyone in the group) $30 per night, $10 per additional vehicle not legally towed. If you're bringing a boat PLEASE BRING IT SUPER DRY AND SUPER CLEAN! I can't stress that enough in case you get someone inspecting it who's as thorough as they're supposed to be, then you can't bring your boat in the lake. They might check your motor, carpet, fishing lures, even draining pipes for the slightest hint of moisture. Or you might get someone chill who just does a quick once over and passes you. Either way don't risk it and take a day to really clean and dry your boat so you don't lug it around for nothing. Don't put drinks or ice chest in your boat prior to inspection! There is a charge for boating like $8. So other than that enjoy the clean lake and beautiful views of mountains, the quails, coyotes, squirrels and road runners are fun to look at.”
