“We had a fantastic experience. We met Jon when we came into the store and proceeded to show us the Purple brand mattress I had researched and showed us other models to compare and try out. He welcomed us to try them out and to take our time. We proceeded on trying out all of them and more. When we were done Jon came back and helped us with all of our questions. When we finally decided on the model mattress Jon helped us further by helping us with pricing and delivery (which came in fast and the delivery guys were great setting the bed up).
