When the type of umbrella I wanted did not come in the size needed, Rachael provided a recommendation of another manufacturer that was perfect for my needs. She also provided updates for my order, as it needed to be manufactured specifically for my order due to its color. The umbrella shipped and was delivered as estimated by Rachael. Since our pool was still under construction, we did not open up the package until months later. We noticed the umbrella cover we ordered was never delivered. “Years ago I had a herniated disc in my neck giving me atrophy in my left side I could not use my arm or my hand for weeks. I lost nearly all muscle and my ability to be a musician for two years. In the beginning my pain was so bad that no amount of pain killers were able to relieve it without harming me or knocking me out completely to the point of being dangerous. So I discontinued all medication and Kim started treatments on me. Literally after the first treatment immense pain in my left tricep was so minimal that I basically didn't notice it anymore. After each treatment I got closer and closer to where I am today.
