My son was a little hesitant about jumping from box to box at first and the instructor encouraged him to push himself a little more each time. By the 5th time, he was using proper technique and jumping from box to box on his own. My kids got the workout of their life, but hardly realized it because they were having so much fun. PE at its best!”
