Her nurse Megan was phenomenal and all the doctors and other personnel were knowledgeable and kind and gave her the very best care. But the staff who made me cry tears of gratitude was David the EVC (I think those initials) Ambassador: aka housekeeper. “Rooms were so clean! Loved the stand up shower and sliding door. Happy there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. I forgot mine. Bed was very comfortable and temperature of the room was perfect! Used the all refrigerator for drinks we had. Tons of outlets to plug in electronics by the bed. Overall, great stay!”
