Rick was very knowledgeable, straightforward and reliable. The process was smooth from start to finish. Weather delayed the delivery of our park model but when it arrived we were very pleased with the quality and construction. Bob’s set up crew were great! They were very attentive to make sure everything was in place before they left. Minor service issues where attended to promptly and the one year warranty will allow us to itemize any deficiencies we notice and have them repaired when we return in the fall. It is clear to us that customer service and satisfaction is a priority for Bob’s and we unreservedly recommend them to anyone in search of a new or used RV”
