“I really do like the rite aide staff and enjoy watching the teamwork and as for the pharmacy well there was an incident about a month ago. I went to pick up my meds and Elisa appeared to be less than happy. One lady was doing all the work because Elisa was new? IDK.. Elisa was quite rude to me her tone was harsh, her words were cold and she literally tossed my med bag to me from a short distance. Upon speaking to the pharmacy manager she wanted to be able to point me out to Elisa (her words) and even asked me my name only to dismiss me... Hurtful”
