“Reason I am writing here today is because my sister experienced horrible customer service. My sister payed for gas to find out the pump wasn't working, she went inside and informed the same worker at the register. He then said she had told her a different pump number, when my sister was more than sure she had said different. He than serviced the pump he was told and did a disrespectful hand gesture(sho sho go away). First time I'v ever did a review mainly for this problem. Other than that AMPM is a great place.”

“I like Shell gas, this is one of the spots that I hit when Im passing through on the 10 near Morongo. When theres a lot of traffic both this location and the Chevron get really packed full of cars but when Im passing through I usually stop at Morongo for a bite and then stop here or the Chevron to gas up Never had any issues with pumps or anything”

“The Banning branch has been temporarily closed for a few months now. Bing and Google are reporting that it's open now, but don't be fooled. It is still closed! I wanted to post an update. I visited this location on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022. It was open but it did look closed because no one was parked in the parking lot. I apologize for the misinformation. It is definitely open, just not on Saturdays.”
