“We've been here from Sunday to Saturday. The room was clean and pretty big. There were: 1. A small table with two chairs for breakfast 2. Kitchen with needed things, a microwave, a fridge, an electric stove 3. A table for a laptop and a chair 4. A pretty hard bed (it's an advantage) 5. A bathroom had a lot of storage boxes and a spacious shower with strong and excellent water pressure. 6. Wardrobe with hangers and a dresser. 7. TV 8. The Internet had a fast speed. 9. The gym is awesome and new 10. The individual storage for snowboards and ski at the first floor. Disadvantages: 1. It's a hotel, but nobody came to clean our room for 6 days living here). But here were enough additional towels, and also had a vacuum cleaner). I think the staff could be warned us in advance about it. 2. Late check-in (5 p.m.). If you want to arrive earlier, they can do a half check-in (park a car in the garage). 3. Poor soundproofing (listen in my video below). 4. Sauna didn't work. Overall, the hotel has a perfect location (2 min to the gondola.”

“Very happy with our rental. Brad was so helpful in answering all my questions over the phone prior to booking and Ian was great in going over the boat particulars and getting us set up on the water. We booked the 21’ Chaparral (3 passengers) for 4 hours and it was the perfect amount of time to cruise down to Emerald Bay and then do some tubing on the way back. We anchored right off Fannette island, then swam over and explored the island. Super fun morning!”

“After our first time experiencing using Agate Bay Realty for our weekend rental at Lake Tahoe, we will be using them to rent all of our future rental homes for our yearly Tahoe trip! Due to a winter weather storm, there was a snow berm at the end of the rentals driveway preventing access. Before it was even time to check in, an amazing agent had already contacted us with the issue along with options for a different rentals to accommodate us for the night until they could have their snow plow remove the berm. Some of the options were more deluxe/expensive than our current rental but they assured we would not have to pay the difference and, if we chose, could stay at the new rental for the remainder of our stay if we chose. Thankfully the snow berm was able to be cleared and we checked in to our original rental on our first night with no other issues. The agent provided us with her personal cell phone number during all of this for quick assistance during it all. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!”

“After our son was diagnosed with Autism we researched various treatments to assist him in his growth in addition to the common therapies (ABA, OT, PT, SLP, etc.). We sought to find things that would not only help in improving his communication and physical needs, but will also bring joy to his day. We found Horses for Healing and today our son loves each session. Exiting the car he is skipping/running to the arena. He is not only having fun each time, Marcy and the wonderful/amazing volunteers work with him on horse safety, communication through interactive means, and improving his physical needs (gait, balance, etc.). The amount of pure happiness I see on his face each session and the growth he has made socially, expressive communication, and physically has been wonderful to see over the past 2 years. “We were stunned by this place. The entire area is beautiful, well kept, and truly a remarkable place to be. We spent our 10 year wedding anniversary here in cottage 2 and fell in love with the place. The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful during the entire process and even through the concerns of the Mosquito fire that was on going. I am very glad I found cedar crest cottages, it will be a regular place for us now. The cottage was stunningly beautiful and clean. Amenities were well thought of and they provided coffee upon our arrival (bag of ground coffee). Definitely some of the best coffee I have ever had. I feel like I could write pages about this place on how amazing it was. It gets 10 stars out of 5.”

“Me and a group of friends had a really good experience renting a house in Truckee for a week from TurnKey Vacation Rentals. We found them to be extremely responsive to our needs. The check-in process was super-smooth and the information provided was very detailed. The house we rented was very clean and comfortable. It also had an extremely well appointed kitchen. At one point, there were five of us working in different parts of the house. Sometimes, we were on zoom calls at the same time. I would definitely rent again from them. I'm taking off one star only because an exceptional experience, at least for me, would require that we did not have to contact them for anything during our stay. Plus points for being dog-friendly!”
