He did a friends kitchen which I loved and when I was gathering quotes just to have my cabinets repainted he came and quoted doing all new cabinets and showed us samples. The cost to do new beautiful cabinets was not much more than repainting which I knew we wouldn’t be happy with. He and his crew we trustworthy, punctual, reliable and so kind. Shawn worked with us every step of the way, and i can be difficult to work with. He made sure we were happy and came back whenever we needed some tweaks done. Our kitchen is beautiful and my least favorite room in our house has turned into my favorite room. Shawn is amazing and I would recommend him To anyone looking for a kitchen or bath remodel. “We recently visited the new showroom for Loomis Flooring to get a quote on LVP. Tony came out to measure and talk the install over with us. He had a great sense of what flooring would work for our application and we ended up picking the one he first suggested after taking home a few samples. Installation was only a week out, and their installers are great. They had no trouble with the best way to tackle my 35YO vinyl cove molding, transitions to stone, or difficult pocket doors. Home Depot and Lumber Liquidators cost the same for similar material, but we would have lost $1/sf+ on install or gotten a sub-par installation job. We have already hired them to come back and do our bathroom and we are starting on carpet. I highly recommend.”

“I had always intended to one day replace my carpets and work with 916 floors in the future, and then we had an unanticipated need to replace the carpet immediately in my daughters room. 916 floors was extremely responsive, and Paul, who is a very kind and honest person, came to our home to measure the rooms and provide quotes for different types of carpet. The need was for one room, but given how old our carpets were, we figured we may as well have the carpet in all 3 rooms replaced. Prices of material can be high these days, but thankfully 916 floors had in-stock options that were high quality and very fair in price. We worked with Julie to get more information about the in-stock options, and she was always very kind, pleasant, and helpful in acquiring the information. From there I was able to work with Paul and Julie to select the type of in-stock carpet and get the work scheduled. I was surprised how quickly they could schedule us to get our old carpet removed and have the new carpet installed. Communication was always very clear, and the installer, Joaquin, called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Joaquin was very professional, and it was very apparent that he has been installing carpets for many years as we were very pleased with the install. He also did a fantastic job of communicating throughout the install, and did a great job cleaning up after he was complete. Overall, the job that Paul and his team did to replace our carpets went above and beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend 916 floors to anyone looking to have carpet or hard floors replaced or installed!”
