Erin has been super helpful working with me through excercises and also helping me understand how the muscles working.together. The short video clips of her demos have been very useful for continuing at home. While I’m not totally pain free, the pain is tolerable and I have more movement in my shoulder and foot. The reception staff are also friendly and helpful.”
