UPDATE: Recently the owner of Js party rental has contacted me; it was clarified that the owner was out of town during my event and whom ever was in charge at the time was not running the business as should. After speaking with the owner I was able to resolve the lack of services I was given. As a result, I am now satisfied with the way the owner handled this situation. She is very professional and understanding. Thank you for reaching out after so many months and extending your customer service. It has been very appreciated. Thank you!!

This company ruined my event. A few days before my bridal shower the company I had originally booked for chairs called me and said they accidentally double booked so I was out of luck on chivari chairs. I decided to call J’s party rental because my husband & I booked them for our wedding In The next months ahead. I was happy to hear they were available for my bridal shower date. I requested to make a deposit but the girl over the phone said they won’t accept that because the event was a few days away they need a full payment. I was a little worried but with only a few days away I did it. They processed my payment over the phone. The event comes and when the chairs were delivered they were horrible! Oh my goodness. I had another vendor there decorating which quoted “these look like they were thrown for dogs to chew on”. The plastic was broken, making it a hazard to get hurt. the cushions were so so dirty it was so embarrassing to put them out for my guests. I quickly told the men who were unloading them that I did not want them and then made a phone call to the company. After explaining the situation the receptionist was not accommodating at all instead she said the owner will give me a call.. mind you, the event is now just a couple hours away. I would rather be without chairs than to have those sitting out at the event. Finally I get a call from the owner. He mentioned that thats how all his chairs are from being in a truck. Are you kidding me! This should be disclosed to customers before hand. We spent nearly 600$ on these chairs and he offered to refund us 50$ my family and I had to scrub them clean. They got the chairs back cleaner than how we got them. I also quickly booked someone else for our wedding!

I refused to put these chairs out for my guests to sit on. I am currently trying to fight for my money back. This company decided to forge my signature on a contract that I was never given in the first place. The transaction was made virtually, I never met them in person. They have their services cheaper than most but this explains it! Had I known their inventory was so cheap and disgusting I would have paid more and took my business else where! They are shady! Steer clear of this place. They are a fraud.

Everything was coordinated, communicated well. They met all expectations ! Everything was set-up & taken care ahead of time so we could attend parties worry-free. They put more input than promised !

Nice behavior, listen carefully the need of customers, reasonable price, sometimes customers make a deals and want to add more things in same price range, but it becomes more hard for them and employees at the spot , otherwise I deals all the times, when ever I needs to rent any things, they can provide. I have no complaints, very happy on the service they gave to me. Last I rented them in April 13th, no complaints. Even my friends and relatives ask me about the tents nice organized, they also got phone number of J'S PARTY RENTALS.( business card).
SO I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM, ALSO PRICE WISE. You can also rent the hall at Olivehurst for any celebration in very good price range, lot better than spending lot money on PARTY halls. Next any occasion of my family, I will use there services. Giod luck to them, Thanks, God Bless America 🇱🇷

I used J's Party Rental & Decor for my girlfriend's birthday party. The crew showed up on time, setup the decor, chairs, and tables promptly and professionally. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for other parties or events!
