“I’m the heart of the San Clemente outdoor mall this Theatre is new, clean, and has big leather chairs that with the press of the button recline to the perfect comfortable height. Came here to see the new Mario movie and it was a great experience. The tickets were $14 for adult and $10 for kids and we went at 6:40 pm on a weekday. Not sure if weekends are more. Popcorn was fantastic and enjoyed the sound and movie experience on the big screen.”

“I'd been going to this theater since 2003, until I moved away in 2020. This theater has gone through many changes in the 17 years I've used it, all for the better. Them adding reclining seats to their theaters a few years ago was the last big change aside from the pricing. I think that it is still comparatively better than some of the bigger theaters for the prices that are charged. They originally were $2 a movie and showed movies that had been in theaters months before, with $1 Tuesdays. Then they started showing 3D movies and charged $3 for them, which was way lower than the big theaters. Then a few years after making that change they started charging $3 for their movies, $2 Tuesdays and $5 for their 3D movies. By the time I left they were showing more recent movies and charging $5 for movies. So if you want to get away from having to pay $13 to $17 for a movie at the bigger theaters, not 3D movies which can run up to $25 at the bigger named theaters, I'd wait a bit and then go to Picture Show Theater. They are clean and comfortable with even some video games for the kids to play in between the shows if you decide to watch more than one or before going into your movie.”

“The best experience I have ever had at a movie theater. Watched A Quite Place 2 there and it was phenomenal with the 3D sound system they have in the theater. The seats also had haptic feedback (vibrations) for loud noises and moments with lots of action and movement felt so much more real. The food was also amazing. I ordered pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. Homemade and prepared wonderfully. The staff was so kind and service was speedy. Definitely recommend!”

“A smaller theater which has recently been upgraded from it's older decor. Lobby clean, concession stand easily accessible, prices decent, and friendly staff. The actual theater seats were comfortable and basically your typical movie theater. Buy a large popcorn and drink and receive free refill, even though portions are of good size. Overall great spot and plenty of parking to the side.”

“This venue is a bit smaller than other amphitheaters I've been to. The seats all have a pretty good view and the PA system sounds great. The only real drawback is that it is a bit of a maze to navigate to access their parking (as of this time, many of the homes are under construction, so the road to the parking lot is closed except on the day of an event).”

“After an airshow, they showed Top Gun on the big screen in this unique beachy cinema. There is popcorn and street food (burgers and tacos) available for purchase. Great experience. Parking is $25 and the tickets to get in are $8 (I think?), but it's fun and totally worth it. Make sure to dress in many layers and bring cozy chairs and blankets!”

“The theater inside was nice, but the theater screening room we had was a bit on the smaller side. Seats were clean and standard size. They do check your bags when you walk in and have you open it and move stuff around so they can see clearly. The popcorn was alright, pricey as it is everywhere you go. Overall, we had free tickets to go and it was a nice night out. :)”

“I love this place. It's a discount theater with new releases. They don't have the fancy reclining chairs or reserved seating but they have everything you need to enjoy a quick movie by yourself or with the kids. Staff is friendly and the line for concessions is usually pretty quick. Nice, small local theater that is better priced than it's competitors.”
