She is very professional, friendly, and knows the product inside and out (in our case, Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades). Ruth was able to describe clearly how the shades would behave given the profile of our particular window hardware and frame depth so I could make good decisions. She also did multiple pricing quotes for us with very quick turnarounds. The installer, Pierce, was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a quick and clean installation.
