“I just want to share that although I only picked this dentist because it was closest to my house, I am beyond impressed. The front of the house staff is so patient and caring. I went home from a visit and felt like my tooth hurt and they took me in right away and fixed the problem immediately. Ive been here 4 times and every time I have a dentist there, I want to request them for my next visit, but come to realize, they are all exceptional so far. I never feel like I am being upcharged for anything there. My favorite is Brian though, he made me feel so calm and relaxed, it was transcending. He was patient, showed concern, and gave excellent recommendations and explanation of everything clearly.”

My teeth started as a jumbled mess in my mouth, but given a couple years my teeth are now straightened out, my under bite is gone without any surgical methods, and I can smile without being afraid of what I look like. “I appreciated so much Dr. Lai's expertise when I experienced a major problem with my tooth. An infection was present for a couple of years that was undetected by my former dentist. Dr. Lai worked with me and helped me get the attention needed to both save my tooth and calm my fears. I also appreciate the professionalism of his staff. I'm very particular with my teeth, and am impressed with the hygienist's talents to clean my teeth thoroughly without needing to be rough or demeaning!”

“This office is more pleasant then others dentistry office. Yes, they do strap your kids down like some of the reviews mentioned, but only when your kids are not staying still. My daughter been strapped down when she was younger, around 4 years old, it’s for her safety. We are talking about medical instruments here that can cut and bleed the gum if your kids don’t stay put. So stop the whining, people. We been going to dr Olivia’s office for over 13 years and counting, except for one year we had insurance they did not accept...that office was a nightmare. I am in no relation with dr ovilia’s or her office.”
