“This is by far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Jim was very accommodating to my schedule, arrived on time, did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets at a very reasonable price. When I mentioned to him that when we had had the old carpets cleaned by another provider and my wife slipped on the wet carpet on the stairs, he left me an industrial size fan specifically designed for drying carper to use on the stairs at no additional cost without me asking.
