“I wish more people knew and understood what a blessing it is to have pelvic floor therapy before and after pregnancy! After my first child I experienced pelvic floor pain for almost 2 years. I thought it was normal and something that would eventually fix itself. Guess what, it didn't and it got worse. I decided to hire a therapist when I was 6 months pregnant with my second child. When I met Analise she was not only the sweetest, easiest person to talk to but she assured me that this was common and that I would get past this in a few short months. During this time we worked together she was so informative and answered all my questions. She gave me exercises to do on my own and even helped me figure out the best position for my body to give birth in. It's crazy when you can feel the difference each session and at the end I was left with no more pain and didn't even tear during birth after giving birth to an 8lb 14oz baby. We spent around 6 months together and I am so grateful for her and her time.”
