It seems that every staff member has been trained to go above and beyond to cater to us, and we are always left feeling incredibly satisfied with our stays. The service and overall experience was great! Highlights: friendly staff (I interacted with Tiffany and Chi, both very friendly and informative), beautiful brand new pedicure spa chairs, great quality work and attention to detail, clean tools/bottles, really nice leg/foot massage and reasonable pricing. “I played golf at Ben Browns and had lunch following and it was really nice. Course is a fun, par 32 layout with some tough par 3s. Set back in the canyon it is a pretty layout that is enjoyable. The restuarant was terrific, offering a good selection of beer on tap and a variety of sandwiches and entrees for lunch. Great atmosphere, reasonably priced, good service. I recommend giving it a try!”

“I went to the loft restaurant at the montage in Laguna Beach. I was there for their breakfast alongside a business meeting. The service was prompt and very professional. Although after we closed out the level of attention dropped and something as simple as refilling a glass of water was overlooked. I personally believe if you are still seated at a table there should be someone who will check in periodically and can be attentive to the needs of the customer. All in all I was very pleased with the overall service of the staff at the montage in Laguna Beach.”

“My experience with Dr. Bashey was great! Went in for consultation for Voluma and he recommended Sculptra for me. I’m 38 and thin and over the years have lost facial volume.
