“I am learning violin from Jonathan. I have only had four lessons from him but I will be confidently playing two variations of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star at my first recital. I am 46 years old. The opportunity to learn and perform while being supported by such an amazing instructor is rare in my age group and skill level. If your dream is to play music learn at the Irvine School of Music. The atmosphere is professional you can always here students and instructors practicing in the waiting areas but it also feels like family. A welcome sign with my name on it was waiting for me at the entrance on my first day. Thank you to all the staff. They also gave my wife and son free cake pops. No guarantees but we did get some.”

“My daughter has been attending Hippo Cat for about 4 months now and we had the best experience! From making friends, doing art projects, learning, singing, doing yoga our little girl has truly thrived at HC. She has learned things I would never have thought to teach her on my own. The kids also get plenty of outside time which is really great. Every morning we get there my daughter is eager to go in and almost doesn't even wave goodbye. She absolutely loves it! The teacher Kristina is very creative, energetic and nurturing. She makes things easy and goes out of her way to provide the best possible care for the kiddos as well as communicate with the parents. “My child has being going to IIA since last year. We love the school. Teachers are great, a lot of exposure to Chinese language, Singapore math, help with the homework during after school hours. The principal, Dr. Bean is very attentive to the parents questions/ ideas and does his best to make sure every student succeeds. And the good thing worth mentioning is that the exposure to dual immersion program is completely free. My only hope is that Dr. Bean and his team will be able to create a middle school as well!”

“I'm a 6th grader in this school. The lunches do exactly need improvement, but I don't think we can really change that. I think it's the IUSD Irvine school's decision for food. Either way, once you get to know Ms. Ramirez, (i talked to her during outdoor ed) she is actually a really nice person and only wants the best for the students. The teachers are amazing, but there is one class I don't want to point out but people blame everything on them. I really like this school! The education is great, and people are really nice! :')”
