Managing prescription medications is so easy with this health insurance. The formulary includes a wide range of drugs, and the copays are reasonable. I can get my medications without any hassle, and that's a big relief.

Beware of this health plan. They are completely inept. Every time I’ve had to call about something, I get connected to member services and they’re worthless. I’ve been waiting for eight weeks for Wellcare to write a Letter of Agreement for a surgery they’ve already approve by a surgeon who was an approved referral. I get “we’ll get this information to the right person and we’ll call you back.” I’ve never gotten a call back. Even the scheduler in the surgeon’s office has called the provider’s number, left a message and doesn’t get a call back. They look good on paper but their execution is pathetic. I’ll be looking for a new insurance plan when open enrollment comes around. Let’s hope I’ll have gotten my surgery before then.
