An example was recently I had my car stolen and after recovery I needed new plates. After multiple times traversing the DMV website for answers, I called this office and was told they could replace my old plates quickly and easily. I arrived at their office around noon, was greeted with a smile and was instructed to fill out a form for the new plates. In the middle of filling out the form I was called to a window and greeted with a smile and “How can I help you?” I explained the problem and immediately he started the process of issuing a new set of plates for my care.
