“Probably the nicest police force in the world. I was parked in a red zone on San Rafael Ave. a while ago taking a nap in the car when an officer pulled up behind and came to the window. He said "excuse me did you know this is a red zone?" I said "oh sorry do you want me to move?" And he just said "no it's fine just wanted to let you know." and then he left.”
