Purchasing more parking hours than are allotted for free will result in overages that are billable at the posted parking lot rates. For example, if you use your passcard to purchase four hours of parking time at 9:00 a.m. in Lot 1, the fourth hour will be considered an overage and will be billed at $3 per hour.
Payments can be made at Municipal Lot #1 (at the corner of Anchor St. and Humboldt Ave.; near the Ferry landing) or the Sausalito Police Department. Customers must take responsibility for the value stored on their SmartCard.
initial release of 2000 sausalito resident parking 'smartcards' being issued this thursday, friday and saturday Starting this Thursday, October 13th, 2011, Sausalito Resident Parking 'SmartCards' will be available for pick up in Municipal Parking Lot #3 on the corner of Humboldt Ave. and Bay St. (behind the Ice House visitor's center).
