Totally blown away.I had no idea that dry cleaning could be like this. They are seriously like the Ritz Carlton of the dry cleaning business. I needed to have my wedding dress and husbands suit steamed before our wedding so days before my wedding I nervously handed my gown over to some people I'd never met. My fate was in their hands! They did not disappoint. They completely blew my expectations out of the water. If you want something done RIGHT, go here.

Fantastic service & finest care for high quality clothing, especially fine fabrics. The best in Bay Area by far. They’re so good that having moved out of state I save my most important items for return to SF & head to Alex’s.

I’ve been with Alex’s since shortly after it opened a small facility in San Anselmo. The attention to detail, high quality, extraordinary service and real concern about its customers have made it a true five star operation. In the decades it has been taking care of me on a weekly or near weekly basis, I used to say that it had made just two mistakes. On reflection, I think the correct number was one— and it was promptly corrected. It was also so long ago, I no longer remember what it was.

Super fast and right to your door!! No longer do you have to drop off your clothes. Scheduled a pickup for the next day, but since my bag was ready I set it out. They picked it up early and deliver my dry cleaning by 6pm-1-day earlier than expected. Now that’s service! Highly recommend Alex’s for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs. Always crisp and clean!

I have used Alex's Dry Cleaning Valet for 18 years. They are the best-run business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are 100% dependable, and they do a beautiful job with everything I've ever had them clean: my husband's business shirts and suits, my delicate sweaters, my own formal wear, tablecloths, etc. In 18 years, I have never, not even one time, had a reason for complaint. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
