“I do rideshare usually from 8pm to 5am. As a driver its always hard to find pitstops. Granted most ampm stations are open, and most are pretty decent with the service, sometimes you come across one that stands out. This is the case with this particular location. More so it was the excellent customer service I received from the young lady tending tonight. Alondra was very professional and so kind. As I began to realize they only had decaf coffee available, where most would give an excuse as I have heard many a time before, with a smile she didn't hesitate to go above and and make a fresh pot for me. But it was more then that, she went to the back to get me cookies when I asked if they had any. It may sound funny or simple, and some might say, that's her job but understand me when I say that I was a little disappointed when I walked in to find what I wanted wasn't available, but left with the greatest feeling knowing that someone like Alondra Is out there making a difference just by her attitude in her job. No doubt she will move on to do greater things in life, it all starts with attitude. I hope the owners know that she is an asset and appreciate her and all those who are the face of the company that will keep me coming back as a customer. “Hailey is AWESOME.!! Funny, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been very tempted to call her back and let her know some updates on the Samsung s23 Ultra but she didn't know but I found out about and was one of the key factors I was looking for in purchasing a phone. I waited an hr for her to be done with the customers before me. She helped me the previous day and I had to wait till I got paid to get my phone. Come to find out my SIM card and my phone was corrupted in some sort of way or shape and I wasn't able to receive phone calls. That resulted in me losing my job. But I am completely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated her sense of humor and that takes the cake”

“This is in an industrial area of Pomona, south of Holt, west of Indian Hill. There is a Car Wash (does great job) on the corner of Hershey and Holt. This is a clean well maintained place. Has someone in the office monitoring the cameras M-Sa. There has always been someone else at the storage unit dropping off or picking up their stuff. Other renters were courteous by saying yes I'll move or give me 5 minutes. Most of the time I could go around. There is no electric plug, so bring a camping light or flashlight. The prices are lower most other storage units in the area. Was told the rented price is good for one year. When there is a price increase, it's not been more than $20 and usually only $10 per month. I paid for the whole year and got the 13th month free. They require a certain type of lock, which I already owned. But they had them for sale. There are 2 cons to this place. The gate code box is hard to enter the code while seated in the car. Maybe my arms are too short. There is no public restroom.”
