“I went to Paulak for a calf and neck issues. He was able to identify more issues that I wasn't fully aware of. Soft tissue massage: it was the first time I did this type of massage. He identified that I had a big knot in my shoulder which decreased my range of motion in my right shoulder. The massage got rid of the knot and the range of motion in my right shoulder was back to normal. Fitness: He provided a workout plan afterwards to help strengthen and stretch out my neck and shoulder. He had me do these workouts in front of him so that I did them right. He provided pointers and areas of emphasis to help ensure I did these exercises right. Nutrition: he provided some insight and recommendations on what supplements to take to deal with muscle soreness especially soreness from the soft tissue massage. Overall: he was really nice and patient with me and was very attentive and detailed with all of my questions. I felt like he answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend Paulak. He was very observant and was able to pick out any issues I had. His knowledge and fitness plan was very tailored to my needs and weaknesses”

“Don't do it! BUT if you do bring your dogs here to crop their ears. I brought my doberman and let me tell you they look beautiful. At first I was scared due to some of the reviews but I never had an issue with anyone. The Dr. spoke with me before and after surgery which was reassuring. Everyone is also really nice especially Gloria who does the tapping afterwards. Only negative thing is the phones tend to be busy since they are so busy. I found it best to call after lunch. Here's a picture of my baby, enjoy. P.s. try not to do ear cropping during the rainy season. Her tape got wet multiple times which made the process so much longer and frustrating.”

“I took my 3-year-old daughter here for her first dentist appointment. Not only did she love the experience, but I did as well. She is so excited about her 6 month check-up! She left her appointment loving her teeth. She pays attention to each tooth when she brushes now. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Children's dentist.”

“Great haircut, very cheap. I normally get my haircuts in Los Angeles (Silver Lake), but they're at least $20 and not always great. This place has an obvious Christian bent to it, which means they care. Throughout my haircut the lady cutting my hair (I forget her name...) was asking me for feedback about how good the length was. She even said I was handsome when it was done :-). It took a little longer than I had hoped (around 45 minutes), but the quality was great.”

“It is 2 AM, I am sitting in a room at Vista Del Mar with my father during his final hours of life. I knew my brother and I made the correct decision in bringing my father here after expediting his discharge from a short term skilled nursing facility that I've already reviewed. When looking for a boarding care facility that works with Hospice and was willing to accept a patient with my fathers requirements, I asked the person helping us where he would place his mother or father. Without hesitation, he said "With Christina at Vista Del Mar". My brother and I visited another boarding care that has multiple locations and came recommended too, but I knew they were not the team where my father would be best suited. We contacted Christina before the day was over and placed a deposit to make certain dad could get placed here. My brother and I have been here everyday that my father has. This past week as he began losing the fight, I have been here overnight along with a hospice nurse. We always felt welcome here, Christina even went to battle with the hospice agency to ensure dad has gotten the care here at the end, that the hospice agency was not doing. It's a nice home, nice owners, nice staff, and I am very thankful and content that my father is at Vista Del Mar Villas. Ideally, having dad at home would have been preferred, however since we needed an alternative where dad could have consistent 24 hour care, this was the best choice.”

I'm so happy I don't have to drive into Old Town anymore and waste time and money on parking while stressing out. I love that theres a huge parking lot! It's so warm and welcoming I look forward to working out here everyday! Thank you for opening up over on this side of Pasadena!! If you haven't tried out this studio yet, I don't know what you're waiting for! They also have the nicest most friendliest staff so if anyone if new to Pilates they will make you feel like home! 💜”

“Dr Haddad is the absolute best doctor and pediatrician. My Family has been coming to him for almost 11 years. Excellent bedside manner, highly educated and knowledgeable, very humble and trustworthy. His wonderful wife Lina runs the office extremely well with a very friendly and kind staff and it’s very organized and well maintained. He has helped us with numerous issues—one of the standouts was when my younger one got an infected spider bite the size of an alien egg and he cured it. We cannot control some things in life; we can only do what we are able to do. I always leave reassured that we’ve done our part for our family in going to the best.”
