“What better way to start the weekend than with yoga on the beach?! Libby is a wonderful instructor and her classes are perfect for all levels. They usually begin with some stretching, move into a gentle vinyasa flow, and end with a luxurious savanna. Libby does a nice job explaining all of the postures and often shares some inspirational quotes throughout the class. I always leave feeling completely blissed out and ready for a wonderful day! Bring a blanket and look for Libby with her tripod (she live streams the classes if you can’t make it to the beach)! 🧘🏼♀️ ☀️💖☺️”

“Very happy with Dr Trung. This visit was for my 16 year old daughter who is very uneasy of dentists due to her past experiences. Having met Dr Trung I knew my daughters experience would be great. Easy parking and validation. Super clean facility and very friendly staff. Once my daughter met and spoke with Dr Trung she felt at ease through the X-rays, exam, teeth cleaning and polish.
